1. Who we are
Axilo is published by BlocMind (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of any personal data described in this policy. Contact us at privacy@blocmind.tech.
[FILL before publishing: registered company name and postal address]
2. Data the app uses and why
Axilo reads your device’s sensors to show measurements. This data is processed on your device in real time. We do not receive it.
Each permission is asked for only when you first open the tool that needs it. You can turn it off at any time in your device settings, and the rest of the app keeps working.
3. Recorded sessions and exports
Sessions you record are stored only on your device. When you export a CSV file or share a result card, you choose where it goes. The file is handed to the app or service you pick, and that service’s privacy policy applies. Deleting a session in Axilo, or deleting the app, removes it from your device.
4. Purchases
Axilo Pro is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. They process your payment; we never see your card details. We receive only an anonymous confirmation that a subscription is active, so we can unlock Pro features. See Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies.
5. Analytics, advertising and tracking
The app contains no advertising, no advertising identifiers and no third-party analytics. We do not track you across apps or websites and we do not sell or share personal data.
[If you add crash reporting (e.g. Firebase Crashlytics), list it here with what it collects, and update the App Store privacy label and the Google Play Data safety form.]
6. This website
axilo.blocmind.tech uses no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security, for up to 30 days. If you email us, we use your message only to reply and delete it once your request is resolved, unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Children
Axilo is suitable for all ages and is used in classrooms. Because the app collects no personal data, it collects none from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EU and UK (GDPR), California (CCPA/CPRA) and India (DPDP Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, and to object to or restrict its use. Because we hold almost no personal data, most requests can be met by deleting the app. For anything else, email privacy@blocmind.tech and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security and retention
Data on your device is protected by your device’s own security. We keep support emails only as long as needed to help you, and server logs for up to 30 days.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app’s release notes.
