These terms are an agreement between you and BlocMind (“we”) for your use of the Axilo app and this website. By downloading or using Axilo you accept them. If you got Axilo from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if there is a conflict, these terms apply only where Apple’s EULA allows.
1. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Axilo on devices you own or control, under the rules of the store you got it from. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
2. Measurements are informational
The sound meter does not replace a calibrated sound level meter. The speedometer is not a substitute for your vehicle’s speedometer. Never use the app while driving.
3. Axilo Pro subscriptions
Axilo Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, available monthly or yearly. The yearly plan may include a free trial.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the then-current price.
- You can manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t use Axilo to break the law, to record or monitor people without their consent, or to interfere with the app or other users.
5. Your content
Sessions and exports you create belong to you. They stay on your device unless you choose to share them. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or remove features. Some tools depend on hardware your device may not have; for example, the light meter is not available on iOS.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Axilo is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on readings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Axilo in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. Apple-specific terms
These terms are between you and BlocMind, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Axilo and is not responsible for any product claims. If Axilo fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
9. Ending these terms
You can stop using Axilo at any time by deleting it. We may end your licence if you seriously breach these terms.
10. Governing law and contact
